To plan, develop and execute short & long term departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedure linked with business plan.
To provide expertise and bear responsibility for budgetary planning, taxation laws, banking, insurance, financial analysis and other relevant matters.
To ensure that financial practices of recording revenues and expenses are in-line with all statutory legislations and regulations.
To develop strategic relationship with key external contacts e.g. taxation & audit companies, solicitors and bankers.
To formulate polices, procedure and action plans of the Division.
To ensure liability free infrastructure through pre-emptive approach.Required Skills
