To plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive training program for sales personnel, to enhance their skills and knowledge to achieve sales objectives.
To work with the Div./ Department Heads to develop the Sales Training strategy which supports the delivery of company priorities and meets operational requirements.
To produce course materials and other documents such as notes, handouts, manuals and exercises that is necessary to ensure the delivery of high quality training courses.
To review trainee feedback, and evaluate effectiveness of training and course outcomes; identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills, Hardcore experience of sale in FMCG Company is required with, both written and verbal. Sel
